Results, Ofsted and SIAMS Reports

Each year in May our Year 6 children take the KS2 statutory tests (SATs).  These tests are designed to measure how children have both achieved in Reading, Writing and Maths and to measure their progress during their time in the school.
We value the outcomes of these statutory tests and use them to help us look at future areas for development.
However, we also recognise that there are many things that these statutory tests do not measure!  Whilst we are proud of the academic achievements of each and every child we also celebrate and delight in the remarkable young people that they have become during their time at The Blake School.

We are delighted to share with you our SIAMS report from March 2023. If you would like to find out more about Church of England Schools and the Oxford Diocesan Board of Education, you can do so at the Church of England Office website and the ODBE website.
Please click on this link to take you to Ofsted Parent View:  Parent View.
The government will not publish KS2 school level data for the 2021 to 2022 academic year. They have archived data from the 2018 to 2019 academic year because they recognise that the data from that year may no longer reflect current performance.  Schools have however been asked to continue to display the data from the 2018/19 academic year on their school website.
