Every year the staff and Local Governing Body (LGB) use feedback from the parent/carer, staff and children's surveys, alongside their knowledge of the school, to help them determine what the school's development priorities for the forthcoming academic year will be.

For the academic year 2026/27 development priorities will be:

1. To equip children with a range of strategies to promote regulation, well-being and positive mental health.
2. To strengthen the staff community by developing the leadership team and investing in wider staff development.
3. To evaluate and further refine SEND provisions across the school, including being ready for future SEND developments.
