Our School Development Plan

Every year the staff and governors use feedback from the parent/carer, staff and children's surveys, alongside their knowledge of the school, to help them determine what the school's development priorities for the forthcoming academic year will be.

In the light of the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic the school's immediate priorities are to continue to manage the unfolding situation, responding to government guidance and supporting children's physical, emotional and mental health.  Preserving and supporting the flourishing of all members of the school community will remain at the forefront of all decision making.

Other development priorities will be -
  1. To ensure that teachers are well supported and enabled to provide an appropriate curriculum for all children (with appropriate adjustments to ensure that no vital learning is lost due to Covid-19)
  2. To ensure that the school's curriculum has clear skills-based progression in all subjects.
  3. Promote well-being by further developing the character and spirituality of all children.
