Every year the staff and governors use feedback from the parent/carer, staff and children's surveys, alongside their knowledge of the school, to help them determine what the school's development priorities for the forthcoming academic year will be.
For the academic year 2023/24 development priorities will be -
- To further refine the curriculum so that teachers are enabled to provide appropriate, well-sequenced and uncrowded learning to all children.
- To further resource and equip all staff by improving access to a wider variety of professional development. including leadership training, safeguarding and subject leadership.
- To extend opportunities for flourishing by increasing the extra-curricular offer for all children.
